六味地黄丸联合激素替代治疗卵巢早衰的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察六味地黄丸联合激素替代治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:将62例卵巢早衰患者随机分为两组,治疗组用六味地黄丸联合西药激素替代治疗,对照组单用西药激素替代治疗,3个月为1个疗程,观察两组临床疗效并检测血清E2、FSH、LH水平的变化。结果:两组患者血清E2均明显上升,与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);血清FSH明显下降,其中治疗组疗效显著,与治疗前比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);两组血清LH在治疗后均有所下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05),但两组治疗后血清激素水平比较差异无显著性(>0.05);治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为81.2%和56.7%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸联合激素替代治疗对卵巢功能早衰患者血清激素水平和临床症状均有改善作用。与对照组比较具有明显的优势,治愈率高,且疗效稳定、不良反应小、值得推广。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Six Taste Glutinous Rehmannia Pill combined with arti- ficial cycle therapy on treating premature ovarian failure. Methods ：62 cases of premature ovarian failure patients were ran- domly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Six Taste Glutinous Rehmannia Pill combined with artificial cycle therapy, and the control group with single artificial cycle therapy. 3 months was 1 treatment course. The clinical efficacy and serum E2, FSH, LH levels were observed. Results： Two groups patients E2 levels were significantly increased, and compared with those before treatment, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Serum FSH level was decreased significantly, of which the effect of the treatment group was significant as compared with that before treat- ment, and there were significant differences （P 〈 0.01 ）. two groups＇serum LH levels after treatment were decreased, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） , but serum hormone levels after treatment in two groups had no signifi- cant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 81.2% and 56.7% , comparing the two groups, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Six Tastes Glutinous Reh- mannia Pill combined with artificial cycle therapy can improve premature ovarian failure patients＇ serum hormone levels and clinical symptoms. Compared with the control group, it has more advantages, high cure rate, and stable curative effect, few side effects, and it is worthy of popularizing.
