摘  要:目的:改良三氯化铁法致大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型。方法:通过神经功能缺损评分、TTC染色、脑含水量检测和病理观察,对改良三氯化铁法和普通三氯化铁法的栓塞效果进行比较观察。结果:改良血栓可形成与普通血栓相同的MCAO,两组之间神经功能缺损评分、梗死面积、脑含水量无显著性差异。结论:改良三氯化铁法致大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型保证了大脑中动脉的完整,开颅窗口比较小且损伤较少,手术操作简单,使操作时间明显缩短,模型成功率显著提高,使模型在试验中可以广泛推广使用。Objective:To use the improved chloride ferric method to induce rat middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model. Methods:Through the neurological impairment score, TTC staining, cerebral water content detection and pathological observation, chloride ferric method and the general chloride ferric method embolic effect was observed in com- parison. Results : MCAO was formed by modified thrombosis as the same as ordinary thrombosis, neurological impairment score, infarct size and cerebral water content had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion:The MCAO model induced by modified chloride ferric method ensured the integrity of middle cerebral artery, craniotomy window smal- ler and less damage. The operation is simple and the time is significantly shortened. The successful rate of model signifi- cantly is improved, so the model in the experiment can be widely used.
