中医脉诊仪关于平脉定标方法研究

摘　　要：平脉即健康人的生理脉象,其基本特征是:三部有脉,脉位居中,不快不慢(成人一息四-五至),节律整齐,和缓有力。是胃、神、根在脉象上的具体体现,也是精、气、神在脉象中的综合反应。平脉是诊脉的参考标准,识别平脉是诊察脉象的基点。根据传统中医脉诊理论,结合中医脉诊客观化、现代化研究,从脉诊仪检测的角度,从位、数、形、势4个方面,探讨平脉在脉诊客观化中的脉象特征,首次提出中医脉诊仪对平脉的定标方法和分析方法。Normal pulse is the physiology pulse of healthy human with basic features： pluses of Cun, Guan and Chi and the location being in the middle and the speed being normal （ one adult has four or five beats in one bearing） ,rhythm and tidy, gentle and powerful. It is the manifestations of stomach qi, spirit and root of pulse as well as the comprehensive response of spirit, Qi and essence of pulse. Normal pulse is the standard of the pulse diagnosis, and is the basic point for identifying normal pulse examination. Based on traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis theory and combined with the objective of pulse diagnosis, modem research was carried on from sphygmography detection angle and the four aspects ： the location, number, shape and situation. And it explored normal pulse diagnosis objectifying, and first proposed the Chi- nese sphygmography normal veins calibration method and analytical methods.
