摘 要:目的:制备榄香烯缓释片剂,并评价其释放特性。方法:用正交试验设计对片剂的处方、工艺进行筛选与优化,制备榄香烯缓释片剂,测定其释放特性。结果:正交设计获最优处方为A3B2C2,即亲水凝胶骨架材料为HPMC(K4M),用量为5%,微晶纤维素与乳糖的比例为2∶1。药物体外释放行为符合Higuich方程。结论:该方法制得的缓释片具有良好的缓释效果,且制备工艺简单易行。Objective: To prepare sustained - release elemene tablet and evaluate its drug release property. Methods : The optimal formulation and technology of the tablet were found with orthogonal experiment design. Results : The optimized prescription was A3B2C2:HPMC (K4M) as hydrophilic gel matrices material; 5% dosage; 2 : 1 MCC and lactose. The release of elemene sustained- release tablets in vitro fitted the Hignich equation. Conclusion:The tablets have desirable sustain -release capability. The formulation and technique are simple and can be applicable in production.
