摘　　要：目的：探究早期肾癌保肾术后应用中药对患者远期疗效的影响。方法：以2009年12月—2012年12月期间就诊的早期肾癌患者60例为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组均30例。对照组患者合理应用干扰素等常规药物进行后期治疗;实验组患者在对照组基础上加用中药,6周1个疗程,共治疗1～3个疗程;1年后再次随访,判定远期疗效。结果：经治疗两组患者均取得较好效果,1年后随访,实验组患者病情仍较稳定,未发生恶化的患者达93.3%,远高于对照组66.7%;并发症主要表现为胃肠道不适症状、肝功能异常及贫血等,实验组患者并发症发生率较对照组均低,预后更加良好;1年后随访,实验组病情转归情况仍优于对照组;KPS评分,实验组患者得分增加值较对照组高,患者体力恢复情况更好（P〉0.05）。结论：早期肾癌保肾术后应用中药不仅利于患者康复,减少并发症的发生,且远期疗效好,明显提高患者生存质量,有临床应用价值。Objective ： To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on early renal carcinoma patients after op- eration. Method： 60 patients with early renal cell carcinoma from December 2009 to December 2012 selected from the hospital were as the research objects and were divided into experimental group and control group randomly and equally, Interferon and other conventional drugs were applied to patients in the control group for the late treatment and besides, Chinese medicine was used for the patients in experimental group at the same time with a course of 6 weeks. Follow - up was made 1 year later to judge the curative effect. Result： It was found that patients in the experimental group had a- chieved good results according to the data produced by the follow - up one year later. They were in a stable condition and the rate of no deterioration among patients was up to 93.3%, which was far higher than that of the control group as 66.7% ; as for complications mainly came out with gastrointestinal symptoms, abnormal liver function and anemia, that of patients in the experimental group were with less possibility than the control group＇ s. As a result, better results were a- chieved within the experimental group than that of the control group. According to the KPS evaluation,the score of experi- mental group was increased further more compared with the control group and patients recovered in a better condition （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The application of traditional Chinese medicine on postoperative patients with early renal carcino- ma is not only conducive to their rehabilitation, reducing the possibility of complications, but also has a long - term cura- tive effect on improving the life quality of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
