改良双Endobutton钢板治疗肩锁关节完全性脱位的价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨改良双Endobutton钢板治疗肩锁关节性完全性脱位的价值和疗效.方法 选取2010年6月～2013年6月在本科治疗的肩锁关节完全性脱位患者30例,将其均分为观察组（15例）和对照组（15例）.观察组采用改良双Endobutton钢板治疗,对照组采用经典的双Endobutton治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间和术后恢复情况.结果 观察组平均手术时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组患者术前和术后的Con-stant评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 改良双Endobutton钢板治疗肩锁关节完全性脱位可减少手术时间,安全有效,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the effect of improved double Endobutton plate in the treatment of complete acromio- clavicular joint dislocation.Methods 30 cases of patients with complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation were select- ed and divided into the observation group （15 cases） and the control group （15 cases）.The observation group were treat- ed with improved double Endobutton plate,the control group were treated with classical technique of double Endobut- ton plate,the operation time and postoperative recovery was compared between two groups.Results The average opera- tion time of the observation group decreased significantly compared to the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Constant score before and after treatment of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）,but the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Improved double Endobutton plate for the treatment of complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation can reduce the operation time,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
