美容外剥内扎注射术与传统外剥内扎注射术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察美容外剥内扎注射术与传统外剥内扎注射术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效.方法 选择2011年1月～2012年1月在本院治疗的环状混合痔患者300例,随机分为观察组150例和对照组150例,观察组采用美容外剥内扎注射术治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎注射术治疗,观察比较两组手术后的疗效、住院时间、伤口愈合时间、切口疼痛程度、肛缘水肿、肛门有无狭窄、肛门功能、出血情况及患者满意度.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）,住院天数及切口愈合时间均少于对照组（P＜0.05）,疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门有无狭窄、出血及肛门功能与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,满意度较对照组高（P＜0.05）.结论 美容外剥内扎注射术较传统外剥内扎注射术并发症少,痛苦小,患者满意度高,恢复快.Objective To compare the efficacy of improved milligan morgan injection and traditional milligan morgan injection in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 300 cases of patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected and were divided into two groups：150 cases of observation group were treated by the improved milligan morgan injection,150 cases of control group were treated by traditional milligan morgan injection.The efficacy,hospital stay,wound healing time,wound pain,edema anus, anal or without stenosis,anal function,bleeding and patient satisfaction was compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）;length of hospital stay and wound healing time was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;pain,edema anus,anal or without stenosis,bleeding and anal function was compared with the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;satisfaction was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The improved milligan morgan injection has better efficacy,less complication and pain,high patient satisfaction and rapid recovery than traditional milligan morgan injection.
