超声引导下乳腺肿块微创旋切术的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳腺肿块中的应用情况.方法 选择2010年1月～2012年1月在本院住院并实行乳腺肿块超声引导下微创旋切术患者260例（共462个肿块）作为研究对象,患者均在高频超声引导下行麦默通微创旋切术,回顾性分析超声与微创旋切术的效果.结果 给予超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗后,所有患者的乳腺肿块均成功切除;切除肿块均送病理检查明确性质,462个肿块中,乳腺纤维腺瘤或纤维腺病伴腺瘤形成286个、乳腺纤维腺病107个、乳腺囊肿43个、乳头状瘤23个、乳腺癌3个.260例患者中乳腺癌3例,乳腺良性肿块257例,术后血肿5例,皮下瘀斑13例,在随诊中均能逐渐消退.结论 超声引导下乳腺肿块微创旋切术的应用,具有安全性高、创伤小、操作方便、疗效确切、患者易接受、恢复快等优点,临床意义十分重要,是值得推广的一种乳腺肿块微创治疗方法.Objective To discuss about the application of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive atherectomy surgery of breast lumps. Methods 260 patients （with 462 beast lumps） who went ultrasound-guided minimally invasive atherecto- my surgery of breast lumps in our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2012 were chosen as research objectives.All the pa- tients went Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy surgery under the guidance of high frequency ultrasound.Ret- rospective analysis was performed to research about the efficacy of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive atherectomy surgery. Results Breast lumps were all successfully removed by ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive atherectomy surgery;The removal lumps were sent for pathological examination to explicit the nature of the masses.A- mong the 462 lumps,breast fibroadenoma or fibroadenosis with adenoma formation consists of 286 pieces,breast fi- broadenosis consists of 107 pieces,breast cysts consists of 43 pieces,papilloma consists of 23 pieces,and breast cancer consists of 5 pieces.Among 260 patients,breast cancer consists of 3 cases,benign breast lumps consists of 257 cases,5 cases occured postoperative hematoma,13 cases occured subcutaneous ecchymosis,which were all able to gradually sub- side in follow-up. Conclusion The application of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive atherectomy surgery of breast lumps has clear clinical significance and advantages featuring safe minimally invasive,convenient,effective,easily ac- ceptive and quickly recovery.It is a kind of minimally invasive approach to treat breast lumps that is worthy of clinical application.
