中西医结合治疗心绞痛合并糖尿病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗心绞痛合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法根据治疗方法的不同将140例心绞痛合并糖尿病患者分成治疗组与对照组各70例,两组均给予糖尿病基础治疗与介入治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用自拟中药汤剂治疗。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为90.0%和67.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的LVEF、E与A值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,无死亡病例,治疗组的再发心肌梗死和心绞痛等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗心绞痛合并糖尿病具有显著的效果,能改善心动图指标,临床值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for angi- na combined with diabetes. Methods 140 cases of angina patients with diabetes were assigned into treatment group and control group,with 70 cases in each group,both the two groups were treated by basic treatment for diabetes and in- tervention treatment,while the treatment group also treated by self-planed decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 90.0% and 67.1% respectively with significant dif- ference （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the LVEF,E and A value of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The follow-up for 6 months found no cases of death,and the incidence rates of complications such as recurrent myocardial infarction and angina in treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For angina combined with diabetes,the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has remarkable therapeutic effect,which can improve index of cardiogram,and is worth clinical promotion and application.
