摘　　要：目的观察舒适护理对胸腰椎骨折患者的影响。方法对164例胸腰椎骨折患者实施舒适护理,进行临床分析和观察。结果实施舒适护理的患者心理、生理上获得了安全感和舒适感,减轻了不愉快的程度,无严重并发症的发生;患者出院满意度调查,满意率达99.39%。结论对胸腰椎骨折患者,实施护理过程中,应重点满足其舒适的需求,以达到良好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfort care for patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods Clinical observation and analysis were made from 164 patients with thoracolumbar fractures who were given comfort care.Results Patients who were given comfort care experienced psychological and physiological gain with a sense of security and comfort,unpleasant degree was reduced.No serious complications occurred during comfort care.According to discharge satisfaction surveys,the patients had a satisfaction rate of 99.39%.Conclusion For thoracolumbar fracture patients,the nursing process should focus on meeting the needs of comfort to achieve a good therapeutic effect.
