摘　　要：对广东电网公司珠海供电局500 kV国安变电站1号主变压器含气量超过标准值3%并且不断增大的问题进行分析,在初步判断设备存在渗漏点的基础上,提出停电对设备进行排查,并给出排查步骤,在进行充气检查时,发现胶囊口法兰固定螺丝松动,而其他检查未发现异常,最终认为油枕与胶囊连接的法兰螺丝松动是造成密封不良的原因。处理后,用精密真空滤油机对变压器油进行了脱气处理,脱气处理后变压器化学试验全部合格。This paper analyzes problems of that the air content of No. 1 main transformer in 500 kV Guoan substation of Zhuhai power supply bureau of Guangdong power grid corporation exceeds standard value 3% which is continuously increas- ing. On the basis of preliminary judgment for leakage site of the equipment, it proposes to proceed troubleshooting for the e- quipment in context of power cut and provides steps. When processing aeration check, it is found that the fixed screw of flange at exit of capsule is loosing while no any other abnormalities are discovered. It is considered the reason for bad seal is screw loosed of the flange connecting conservator and capsule. By degasification handling for transformer oil by using precise vacuum oil filter, it verifies absolutely qualified chemical test for the transformer.
