基于产业承接的海西经济区半导体产业链发展研究

摘　　要：尽管承接台湾半导体产业转移已是海西经济区发展半导体产业链的必然选择,但产业发展模式的选择仍攸关产业链发展的成败。在国内外及海西经济区半导体产业链现状及发展趋势的基础上,借鉴韩国与台湾半导体产业承接与发展的成功经验,科学定位两岸在半导体行业中的分工与角色,将产业发展布局分为基于高层次对接的产业链培育阶段与提升价值链的优化发展阶段,采用虚拟垂直一体化发展模式,并注意官产学研合作等,以有力地推进海区经济区半导体产业链的发展。Although undertaking the semiconductor industrial transfer at the West Taiwan Straits Economic Zone is a necessary decision for the region to develop semiconductor industrial chain,to choose the industrial development pattern is a critical move.After analyzing the current situation,the development trends and the basic idea that we can learn from Korea and Taiwan Region,we suggest two-stage development strategy： incubative stage and optimal stage,adopting virtual vertical integrated pattern and Government-Industry-Academy-Research cooperation pattern to cultivate and develop semiconductor industrial value chain.
