摘　　要：根据闽台茶产业现状,在海峡两岸经济合作框架协议(ECFA)背景下,尤其是ECFA中降低茶叶关税、推进自由贸易的规定有助于闽台茶产业进入市场合作和整合阶段。为此,建议利用关税的减少推动茶叶市场的整合,加快推动双方合作的双向性,建立关税同盟来占领国际市场以及保护和促进双向投资来实现区域茶产业整合等,以推动闽台双方茶产业更好地合作。Based on the current situation of tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan under ECFA, especially the reduction in tea tariffs and promotion of free tea trade are conducive to the market cooperation and integration phase of the Fujian and Taiwan tea industry. Hence, this paper suggests to promote the integration of tea market by tariff reduction, speed up bilateral cooperation, occupy the international market by the establishment of customs union and promote the bilateral investment, in order to promote better cooperation between them.
