摘 要:目的研制黄芩苷缓释微囊并进行稳定性考察。方法运用复凝聚法以明胶和阿拉伯胶为囊材,黄芩苷为囊心物,吐温-80为润湿剂制备微囊。以包封率作为质量判定指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验优化处方工艺。结果得出最优处方是明胶和阿拉伯胶浓度皆为1.33%g/mL,反应温度50℃,pH值3.90,材药比为5:1。按该处方制得的微囊囊型圆整光滑,载药量较高,并具有一定的缓释效果。结论复凝聚法可成功制备出包封率较高的黄芩苷微囊,且产品稳定性良好。该法可操作性强,重复性好,有一定的实用价值。Objective: To developing sustained release microcapsules of baicalin and investigate its stability. Methods: The baicalin microcapsules were prepared by using gelatin and arabic gum as wall materials, baicalin as core and Tween-80 as wetting agent. Encapsulation efficiency as the quality indicator, the formulation and technology was optimized by single phoneme and orthogonal experiment. Results: The optimum parameters were that the concentrations of both gelatin and arabic gum were 1.33% g/mL, the temperature was 50 ℃, pH was 3.90, and the ratio of wall materials to core was 5:1. The prepared baicalin microcapsules were spherical with smooth surface, high encapsulation efficiency and time-release effect. Conclusion: The baicalin microcapsule could be prepared by complex coacervation method with good stability successfully. This method was easily operated with good repeatability and strong maneuverability.
