摘　　要：从智能化建筑和绿色建筑的建设要求出发,以建筑物所使用的能耗资源管理为目的,对楼宇自控系统、智能照明系统、能量计量系统和自动遮阳系统在现代化大楼中的应用进行了节能效益和经济价值分析,旨在提高能源使用效率,降低能耗。From the construction requirements of intelligent building and green building, for the purpose of energy resources management for buildings, energy-saving benefit and economic value analysis of building automation system, intelligent lighting system, energy metering system and automatic sunshade system in modern buildings were given. It could increase energy usage effieieney, and decrease the energy consumption.
