摘　　要：大学学术管理制度伦理建设是提升大学学术管理制度效能和制度伦理道德水平、激发大学学术活力的有效途径和机制。大学学术管理制度伦理建设不仅是满足大学学术活动范式现代转型以及大学学术管理实际的需要,也是解决大学学术管理伦理诉求的有效手段和途径。大学学术活动的底线伦理、责任伦理、交易伦理与诚信伦理、合作伦理与共享伦理以及价值伦理与身份伦理等构成了大学学术管理制度伦理的内涵和特性。构建以伦理道德为基础的大学学术管理制度体系不仅需要建立科学合理的大学章程,建立以伦理道德规范和要求为基础的学术管理制度体系,而且需重视学术管理制度伦理自身建设的完整性,并健全大学学术道德规范相关制度建设,强化制度伦理在学术管理中的权威地位和功能作用。The construction of institutional ethics of university academic administration is the effective way and mechanism to enhance the efficiency of university academic administration system and stimulate the level of institutional ethic. The construction of institutional ethics of university academic administration is not only the requirement of the modern transformation of university academic activity paradigm and the administration reality of university administration, but also the effective method to meet the demand of ethics of university academic administration. The bottom line of ethic, the ethic of responsibility, the business ethic,~ the faith ethic, the cooperation ethic, the sharing ethic, the value ethic, the identity ethic, etc. of university academic activities have constituted the connotation and characters of institutional ethnics of university academic administration. To construct ethics-based institutional system of university academic administration, we should not only establish the scientific and reasonable university statutes, establish the academic administrative system based on ethic, but also attach importance to the completeness of the self-construction of the system ethic of academic administration, perfect the relative system construction of university academic ethic, reinforce the authority status and function of institution ethic in academic administration.
