摘 要:近代以来,上海、广州、天津等沿海都市的女性已向自主、自愿、自立等方向发展。而淮北女性婚姻仍以传统形式为主。而在这一时期,有所削弱的淮北封建正统势力与新兴的非法暴力均是女性婚姻的残害者,妇女们不仅要承受与其他地区女性相同的"合法权力"的束缚,还要承受淮北特有的"非法权力"的蹂躏。在双重摧残下,女性婚姻面临着包办婚、"抢婚"等重重困境。这一困境的形成,并非传统意义上所谓的男权盛行所致,而是各种权力失控的结果。在法治社会,本为良善类的媒妁、士绅、僧侣、婆母等等,由于权力不受制约,均沦为践踏和蹂躏淮北妇女的参与者。淮北并不缺乏"好人",而缺乏对"好人"与"坏人"同时进行约束的社会政治体制。In modern times,while the women in such coastal cities as Shanghai,Guangzhou and Tianjin tended to be more autonomous,independent,and self-determined,those in Huaibei region were still bound in traditional marriage.In this historical period,the somehow weakened force of feudalism,combined with other newly appearing unlawful forces,devastated women in marriage,leaving them the victims of both the 'legal' oppression,as suffered by the women in other regions,but also the illegal oppression,which,indeed,was characteristic of this region.Under the double suppressions,women could never free themselves away from such awful marriages as those by arrangement and by capture.The predicaments in marriage were the result not of the dominating patriarchy,but of various rampant forces.Due to their unrestraint in power,such might-be good elements if in a legal society as matchmakers,country gentlemen,monks and mothers-in-law were reduced to nobody but abusers of women.It is thus clear that without proper restraint of social system,good people might also be bad in their treatment with women.
