摘 要:为研究围术期红细胞内、外钾浓度变化规律及代谢特点 ,选择 14例术前无肾功能障碍、电解质异常、手术时间长于 2h的择期手术患者 ,分别于术前、手术结束时、术后 2 4h、术后 4 8h取静脉血 ,进行红细胞内、外钾浓度测定。结果显示 :手术结束时红细胞内、外钾较术前明显降低 ;术后2 4h血浆钾虽回升至正常范围 ,但红细胞内钾仍明显低于术前 ;术后 4 8h血浆钾又较术后 2 4h轻度下降 ;而红细胞内钾则逐渐恢复。提示 :术后红细胞内、外钾明显降低 ,且持续到术后 4 8h以上 。To research the change of potassium level in plasma and erthrocytes during paraoperative period, fourteen patients,having no renal malfunction and electrical imbalance,who underwent elective major surgical procedures were studed.The vien blood samples were obtained prior to operation,at the end of operation and at 24hrs and 48hrs after operation.The plasma potassium and RBC potassium were measured. The potassium level in plasma and erythrocytes at the end of operation were significantly lower than those during preoperative period.The plasma potassium level resumed to normal range at 24hrs after surgery,however red blood corpuscles potassium level were still obvious lower than those prior to operation. The plasma potassum level at 48hrs after operation showed small decrease as compared to that at 24hrs after operation.The potassium levels in plasma and erythrocytes showed a significant reduce during postoperative period and maintained 48hrs after surgical procedures.
