摘 要:对二次成型竹席增强竹刨花板生产工艺进行了研究,研究结果表明热压温度60%、热压时间6min预制坯料可形成一定的初强度并对胶黏剂的最终胶合强度没有影响。正交试验结果表明热压温度与时间对产品内结合强度具有较大的影响。通过响应面分析,建立了产品内结合强度与热压温度和时间的二次回归模型,该模型与试验结果拟合良好,具有高度显著性。通过验证性试验,证明确定的优化工艺参数:热压温度130℃、热压时间65s/mm、施胶量10%、产品密度0.60~0.65g/em^3,产品质量可超过国家标准的指标。The production technology, which is to be used for making a kind of nes product bam- boo particle board enhanced by woven bamboo mat, was studied. Experiment results showed the blank prepressed form bamboo chip under following conditions: pressing temperature of 60℃and pressing time of 6 rain, could form certain initial strength, while the conditions had no effect on the final gluing of the adhesion spread in bamboo chip. The results of orthogonal test showed that the hot-pressing temperature and time have larger effect on the bonding strength of the product. The quadratic regression model of relationship between the IB and the hot-pressing temperature/time was built through response surface analysis and this model having high significance could match with the test results well. Through the re- peat experiment, it was proved that the product prepared under the conditions as follows: hot-pressing temperature of 130℃, hot-pressing time of 65s/mm, adhesive spread rate of 10% and product density of 0.60-0.65g/cm3, had fine quality and exceed the requirements specified in national standard.
