摘  要:提出了一种新的复配酸催化剂,由此配置了4种具有不同催化剂含量和pH值的糠醇树脂改性溶液,并应用真空加压浸渍技术对马尾松木材进行改性,通过测量其增重率、密度、高湿条件下的尺寸稳定性以及顺纹抗压强度,来评估糠醇树脂在马尾松木材内部聚合程度和影响凶素。结果表明,催化剂含量、催化剂活性及溶液pH值均为影响糠醇树脂聚合的主要因素,其中催化剂含量和催化剂活性的影响比溶液pH值的影响更显著。糠醇树脂充分聚合的改性马尾松木材的尺寸稳定性和顺纹抗压强度相对未处理材均有显著的改善。A new acidic composite catalyst was presented, based on which four treatment solutions with different catalyst compositions were formulated and used to modify Masson pine (Pinus Massoniana Lamb). Some selected properties of the furfurylated Masson pine, including weight percent gain (WPG), density, dimensional stability and compressive strength parallel-to-grain were tested in order to estimate the main factors affecting the degree of polymerization of furfuryl alcohol in wood. The results showed that the concentration and activity of catalysts, as well as the pH value of the solutions were the main factors affecting wood furfurylation, among which the first two factors were more significant than the third one. The dimensional stability and compressive strength parallel-to-grain of the modified wood with good resin polymerization were both significantly improved.
