摘 要:研究不同摩尔比的氧铝酸盐离子液体[Bmim]Cl/AlCl_3的反应体系对经化学纯化后麦草上业碱术素的降解作用。结合红外光谱以及光电子能谱(XPS)分析,对术质素的游离酚羟基含量测定,结果表明:离子液体与化学法纯化后的小质素质量比为10:1,处理时间2h,温度85℃时,经改性后的麦草碱小质素分解或降解成较松散的结构。改性后木质素的第一类酚羟基即—OH_1含量均有所增加,而—OH_1的反应活性点较多,为术质素进一步工业化利用提供重要的理论依据。The effect of chlorine aluminate ionic liquid [Bmim]C1/A1C13 reaction system of different molar ratio on wheat straw lignin purified by chemical method was explored. The chemical structure of lignin was studied by determining the contents of free phenolic hydroxyl of lignin, combined with in- frared spectroscopy and XPS. The result showed that the modified wheat straw lignin was decomposed or degradated into a looser one under the conditions as follows: molar ratio of A1C13 in the [Bmim] CIlA1C13 systerm was equal to 0.3, the ionic liquid to chemical method purified lignin mass ratio was 10:1, the processing time was 2h and the temperature was 85~C. The modify process helps to increase the guantity of the first class of phenolic hydroxyl -OH l of wheat straw lignin, which has more activat- ed points. So it is good for improving the activation of wheat straw lignin and providing important the- oretical basis for its further industrial use.
