摘  要:采用氧化物高温熔融的方法制备出铒铋共掺的硼酸盐玻璃,并对其吸收光谱和发射光谱进行了研究。应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了铒铋共掺硼酸盐玻璃的3个强度参数Ωλ(λ=2,4,6),分别为Ω2=3.8249×10-20 cm2,Ω4=1.6805×10-20 cm2,Ω6=1.5069×10-20 cm2。在此基础上,计算了电偶极跃迁的光谱强度Sed,自发辐射跃迁几率A以及吸收截面σas(ν)等参数。根据McCumber理论,计算了能级4I13/2→4I15/2跃迁的半峰全宽和受激发射截面,结果表明铒铋共掺硼酸盐玻璃的半峰全宽可达69.68nm。The Er3+-Bi3+ co-doped borate glasses are fabricated by the method of oxide high-temperature melting. The absorption and emission spectra are studied. The intensity parameters Ωλ (λ = 2,4,6), determined by Judd-Ofelt theory, are calculated to be Ω2 =3.8249× 10.20 cm2, /24 =1.6805× 10-20 cm2 and g26=1.5069× 10-20 cm2, respectively. The spectral intensity of the electric dipole transitions, the spontaneous radiative transition probabilities and the absorption cross-sections are also calculated. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) and stimulated emission cross-sections of 4I13/2 →4I15/2 transition are calculated by McCumber theory. The results show that the FWHM of Er3+ -Bia+ co-doped borate glasses can reach 69.68 nm.
