摘 要:提出了基于鲁米诺与次氯酸钠化学发光反应的微顺序注射-化学发光法测定次氯酸钠的方法。在酸性介质中,5-磺基水杨酸可显著增加上述化学发光反应的化学发光强度,且其强度的增加值与次氯酸钠浓度在0.6~10μmol·L^-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.06μmol·L^-1。以3种水样为基体,加入次氯酸钠标准溶液,测得回收率在94.1%~101%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.4%~2.3%之间。Micro-sequential-injection chemiluminescence determination of hypochlorite based on the CL reaction between luminol and sodium hypochlorite was reported. In an acidic medium, CL intensity of the above reaction system was remarkably enhanced by the presence of 5-sulfosalicylic acid. Linear relationship between magnitude of increase in CL intensity and mass concentration of sodium hypochlorite was obtained in the range of 0. 6-10 μmol· L ^-1. Detection limit (3S/N) was found to be 0. 06 μmol · L^-1. Using 3 water samples as matrixes, tests for recovery and precision were made by standard addition method, values of recovery and RSD's (n=5) found were in the ranges of 94. 1%-101% and 1.4%-2.3% respectively.
