用分配系数法探讨微乳液对甲基紫和结晶紫的增溶作用

摘  要:用分光光度法通过测定甲基紫、结晶紫在O/W型阳离子、非离子、阴离子微乳液与水相及相应的胶束体系与水相中的分配系数,研究微乳液对甲基紫、结晶紫显色剂的增溶作用。结果表明微乳液比相应的胶束体系对甲基紫、结晶紫有更好的增溶能力,并解释了微乳液类型、显色剂结构、介质酸度对增溶作用的影响。Distribution constants of the color reagents, methyl violet (MV) and crystal violet (CV) of the O/W systems between cationic, anionic or non-ionic microemulsion and water, and the O/W systems between the respective micelles and water were determined by spectrophotometry. The solubilization of MV and CV by microemulsion was studied. It was shown that as compared with the respective micelles, higher solubilization of MV and CV was attained by the microemulsions. Influences of types of micro-emulsions, differences in molecular structures of the 2 color reagents and acidity (pH-values) of the partition phases on the solubilization were explained.
