软聚硅酮敷料用于剖宫产术后瘢痕防治的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察验证软聚硅酮敷料（美皮护）用于预防及治疗剖宫产术后切口部位瘢痕增生的有效性和安全性。方法剖宫产术后患者28例，其中伤口愈合即使用美皮护的患者25例，发现增生后使用美皮护治疗1例，未使用美皮护2例，以VSS评分作为疗效评价指标，以观察治疗效果。结果美皮护治疗组各阶段VSS量表评分经重复测量方差分析F=18．808，P=0．023。术后9个月美皮护治疗组与对照组VSS量表评分差异有统计学意义（t=3．301，P=0．030）。结论美皮护用于剖宫产术后瘢痕防治有较好的效果，且使用的时间越早，持续贴用时间越长，效果越好；反之，则越差。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of soft silicone dressing（Mepiform） in the preven- tion and treatment of hypertrophic scars after hysterotokotomy. Methods 28 patients who underwent hysterotokotomy were collected in this study. Mepiform was primarily applied to heal incision in 25 patients, applied after hyperplasia in 1 patient,Mepiform was not applied in 2 patients. Vancouver Scar Scale （VSS） was used to assess the clinical effica- cy. Results After repeated measures of variance analysis of VSS score of Mepiform group in different stage,we found that F = 18. 808 and P =0.023.9 months after surgery,the difference of VSS score between the Mepiform treatment group and control group was statistically significant （ t = 3. 301, P = 0.030）. Conclusion Mepiform attains better re- sult in preventing and treating the scars after hysterotokotomy. When it is used earlier and longer after wound healing, the effect is better. Conversely, the effect is worse.
