2型糖尿病患者CA199水平与血糖、胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者CAl99水平与血糖、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法收集T2DM患者101例，以糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）中位数9．8％为界，分为高HbAlC组（HH组）和低HbAlc组（LH组）；选取同期的健康体检者50例为对照组（C组）；测定各组的空腹血糖（FPG）、HbAlc、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL—C）、C肽（C．P）、CA199水平，计算胰岛素抵抗指数。比较各组的CAl99水平，分析影响CA199水平的相关因素。结果HH组CA199水平高于LH组（P〈0．05）。Pearson相关分析显示，CA199水平与FPG（r=0．358，P=0．012）、HbAlc（r=0．444，P=0．001）呈正相关，与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛13细胞功能无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论T2DM患者CA199水平与血糖状态密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationgship between the serum level of CA199 and blood glucose, insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods 101 patients with T2DM were collect- ed in the study. They were further classified into high glycosylated hemoglobin group（ HH group） and low glycosylated hemoglobin group（ LH group） at the cut level of HbAlc 9.8%. Meanwhile,50 healthy people were selected as control group. The fasting blood glucose （FPG）, HbA1 c, triglycerides （TG）, higher density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C）, fasting C-peptide（FC-P）, and CA199 level were measured. The insulin resistance index was calculated. The CA199 level among the three groups were compared, and the related factors influence CA199 level were analyzed. Results The CA199 level of the HH group was significantly higher than that of the LH group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Pearson relation analysis showed that the CA199 level was positively correlated with FPG（r = 0.358 ,P = O. 012） and HbAlc （r = 0. 444, P = O. 001 ）, but had no correlation with insulin resistance and 13 cell function （ P 〉 0. 05 ）＇. Conclusion The CA199 level in patients with T2DM closely correlates with the state of blood glucose.
