摘　　要：剖析了高校基金会做好基金档案管理工作的意义,分析了高校基金会基金档案的来源与构成,指出了基金档案管理应该采取有别于学校档案馆负责制的传统档案管理模式,并具体分析了由高校基金会负责基金档案管理的新型档案管理模式,分别为基金档案分散管理模式和基金档案集中管理模式。This paper explores the values of fund archives management in college foundation, analyzes the source and content of the fund archives, and then points out that the college foundation should adopt the new model in fund archive management which is different from the traditional college archives management, but should establish the new model that the college foundation is in charge of the management of the fund archives. The new model include deeentralized management mode and centralized management mode.
