摘　　要：目的　探讨氯硝柳胺和氯辛硫磷复方乳剂的研制及杀螺效果。方法　对常用的乳化剂进行筛选 ,筛选出最佳乳化剂 ,然后利用该两药均溶于植物油这个特性 ,制成单乳处方和复乳处方进行杀螺试验。结果　制成的乳剂稳定性好 ,能提高氯硝柳胺的杀螺效果 ,保持氯辛硫磷的增效作用。结论　氯硝柳胺和氯辛硫磷复方乳剂可以减少氯硝柳胺的用量 ,不仅降低了成本 。Objective Study on the preparati on of the compound emulsion of niclosamide and chlorphoxim and its molluscicidal effect. Methods The best emulsifier f rom the common emulsifiers was chosen. The emulsions of niclosamide or chlorpho xim and their compound emulsion were prepared using the property of the tw o drugs that they al l can dissolve in vegetable oil, and their molluscicdal effect were tested. Results The preparation were stable and niclosamide emulsion had an increased mollu scicidal effect and c hlorphoxim emulsion increased molluscicidal effect. Conclusions The compound emulsion of niclosamide and chlorphoxim can decre a se the dosage of niclosamide, and reduce the cost and the toxicity to fish also.
