阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的临床疗效。方法选取52例DVT患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各26例,实验组采用阿加曲班联合尿激酶溶栓抗凝治疗,对照组采用低分子肝素联合尿激酶治疗,观察两组患者治疗过程中的疗效、并发症及不良反应。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗深静脉血栓疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of argatroban combined with urokinase for the treatment of lower limb deep venous thrombosis.Methods：52 consecutive patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis were randomly di-vided into experimental group（ Argatroban group,n = 26）and control group（ low molecular weight heparin group,n = 26）.The patients in experimental group were treated with Argatroban combined with urokinase and those of control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with urokinase for 2 weeks.The clinical effect,complication,and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results：Effects of the experimental group were significantly better than control group（ P 0.05）.Conclusion：Argatroban combined with urokinase is a kind of safe and effective therapy for lower limb deep venous thrombosis.
