摘 要:以2个芍药品种‘大富贵’与‘粉玉奴’为试材,用不同盐碱浓度(9个盐浓度及pH值各不同的混合盐碱组合)的溶液进行浇灌处理,研究了盐碱胁迫下它们的生理生化反应,并运用隶属函数法对2品种的耐盐碱性进行综合评价和比较。结果表明:随着盐碱胁迫的加重,2个芍药品种的外部形态表现为叶片卷曲皱缩直至凋落,叶片叶绿素含量逐渐降低,根系活力大体呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,叶片的相对电导率、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量与可溶性蛋白含量总体呈升高的趋势,SOD活性变化则大致呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;‘大富贵’的耐盐碱能力强于‘粉玉奴’。本研究为芍药的耐盐碱性评价及其在东北地区盐碱地的推广应用提供了理论依据。In greenhouse, two cultivars of herbaceous peony, ‘Da Fu Gui' and ‘Fen Yu Nu' were subjected to saline-alkali treatments in different concentrations. The physiological charac-teristics of the cultivars were studied and their saline-alkali tolerance abilities were evaluated comprehensively by subordinate function value method. The results showed that with the ag-gravation of saline-alkali stress, the leaves of two herbaceous peony cultivars tended to curl, wrinkl and wither, and the chlorophyll content decreased gradually, while the root vitality in-creased firstly and then fell down. Relative electric conductivity, malondialdehyde content, sol-uble sugar content, proline content, and soluble protein content generally increased with the aggravation of saline-alkali stress, and the SOD activities of two cultivars rose firstly and then decreased. The saline-alkali tolerance ability of ‘ Da Fu Gui' was found higher than ‘ Fen Yu Nu'. The theoretic basis was made for the evaluation of saline-alkali tolerance of herbaceous peony in this research and their popularization in the salinization soil of Northeast China.
