摘  要:利用不同有机溶剂提取刺萼龙葵(Solanum rostratum Dunal)的生物活性物质,分别用浸渍法和浸渍饲喂法测定了提取物对麦蚜和小菜蛾的杀虫活性,并采用高速逆流色谱技术(HSCCC)对树脂纯化后的物质进行了分离。结果表明:pH=2的盐酸溶液提取效率最高,为0.061,其次为95%乙醇(0.051)、乙酸乙酯(0.048)、丙酮(0.038)和石油醚(0.032);前两种溶剂的提取物对麦蚜和小菜蛾杀虫效果较好,对麦蚜72h校正死亡率分别为83.45%和82.05%,对小菜蛾72h校正死亡率分别为64.85%和62.9%;HSCCC分离得到7个组分,组分7和组分5具有较高的杀虫活性,24h校正死亡率分别为74.5%和69.2%。本研究结果为深入研究刺萼龙葵的杀虫活性奠定了基础。The bioactive substances of Solanum rostratum Dunal were extracted by different or-ganic solvents. The insecticidal activity of extract to wheat aphids and Plutella xylostella was tested by dipping and dipping feeding methods. High speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) was used to purify and isolate bioactive substances. The results indicated that ex- traction efficiency of pH 2 hydrochloric acid solution was the highest (0. 061), then followed by 95% ethanol (0. 051), ethyl acetate (0. 048), acetone (0. 038) and petroleum ether (0. 032). Extracts of the first two solvents were better than others in insecticidal activity against wheat aphids and P. xylostella. The corrected mortality at 72 h to wheat aphid were 83.45% and 82.05%%, were 64.85% and 62.9% to P. xylostella respectively. Seven components were separated by HSC-CC. The component 7 and 5 had higher insecticidal activity. The corrected mortalities were 74.5% and 69.2% at 24 h. The results laid the foundations for further studies of the insecti-cidal activity to Solanum rostratum Dunal.
