摘  要:我院 (红星医疗呼叫中心 ) ,以家庭病床为主要形式 ,采取俱乐部会员制服务方式。运作一年多来可显著降低患者总医疗费用 ,同时还消除了陪床、送饭、请假、误工、打车等麻烦 ,真正体验到“小病在社区 ,大病到医院”的社区卫生服务优点 。Ageneral medical practice department named as Gongh Xing Medical service Calling Center was establiched in our hospital.The department devoted major efforts to develop familg sickbed service and by means of membership club to practise 24 hours on acll home visit service After more than one year's practyice,if has demons trated that the patient's total medical expense was cat down, Furthermore,many troubles and burdens of patient's family members and relatives such as accompany patient,deliver food,ask for leave,delay in work efc,could be avouded,The pratised calling medical and health care services with small/mild diseases taken care in local service and majir/severe diseases treated in large hospital reveal rhe real advantages of Communyty health service and in fact are deelpy welcomed by civilians.
