小鼠孕早期子宫内膜ICAM-1 mRNA的表达及调节

摘　　要：目的 :为探讨细胞间粘附分子 1mRNA(ICAM 1)在孕早期的作用和细胞因子对其表达的影响。方法 :用RT PCR法测定孕 1～ 8d小鼠子宫内膜ICAM 1的表达 ;在小鼠孕 2～ 4d分别腹腔注射细胞因子LIF、IL 1β或IL 1ra ,测定并比较各组孕第 4天子宫内膜ICAM 1mRNA表达水平。结果 :ICAM 1mRNA孕第 1天表达量较低 ,第 2天开始升高 ,第 4天达高峰 (P <0 0 1) ,此后缓慢下降。与对照组相比 ,LIF和IL 1β组ICAM 1mRNA的表达水平升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :ICAM 1在着床期表达水平较高 ,可能参与了着床过程中的胚胎粘附。细胞因子LIF和IL 1可能是子宫内膜表达ICAMObjective:In order to explore the function and regulation of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM 1)in the early pregnancy.Methods:The expression of ICAM 1 mRNA in endometrium of day 1～8 normal pregnant mice and day 4 pregnant mice injected with leukemia inhibitory factor interleukin 1β were detected with RT PCR.Results:Levels of ICAM 1 in endometrium of various periods of pregnancy mice began to increase on day 2 of pregnancy, went up to the highest on day 4, then decrease slowly. The expression of ICAM 1 in endometrium of day 4 pregnancy was improved by administration of LIF,IL 1β in vivo(P<0.05,P<0.05).The higher concentrations of LIF and IL 1β were,the more effects were observed.Conclusion:These results suggested that ICAM 1 can play an important role in implantation,the expression of ICAM 1 be up regulated by LIF and IL 1β.
