摘　　要：阐述了2011年马钢一铁总厂烧结矿返粉率高的原因,介绍了2012年至2013年4月一铁总厂为降低烧结返粉而采取的各种技术攻关措施及过程。尤其是在2013年2月增设小粒烧回收工艺以后,烧结矿槽下返粉量明显降低,大大提高了烧结矿成品率。Causes of high sinter returns at the No. 1 ironmaking works of Masteel in 20ll were presented while the technical brainstorming measures and implementation processes to reduce sinter return rate through 2012 to April 2013 were introduced. Particularly, sinter returns from the bin had significantly reduced after the recovery process of small --size sinter was added in February 2013, greatly improving the yield of sintering ore.
