马钢一铁总厂优化原燃料入炉的生产实践

摘　　要：对马钢第一炼铁总厂近一年多实施优化原燃料入炉生产技术管理工作进行了总结。一铁总厂从自身的条件、定位,与公司总的生产经营以及自身生产经营要求出发,进行技术、经济和管理系统分析,通过科学管理、严密组织、结合"短平快"的改造及攻关,走出了一条‘有一铁特色的精料入炉’途径,既实现了入炉原燃料重要指标的优化,也实现了从优化原燃料方面获得一定程度的降本效益。The production and technical management for optimization of raw material and fuel charge at the No. 1 Ironmaking Works of Masteel for over a year was summed up. Based on its conditions, positioning and production re- quirement as well as the overall operative situation of Masteeh the plant carried out technical, economic and manage- ment analysis, found a way of quality material charge with the ＂characteristics of the No. 1 Ironmaking Works＂ through scientific management, exact organization and revamping with little investment but quick results, which optimized im- portant indicators of charged raw materials and fuels, reduced production cost and improved economic performance.
