摘　　要：10#高炉处于炉役后期,炉缸烧穿后进行简单恢复后开炉,增加了操作难度。通过对内外部细化管理与操作,把降低燃料比放在首位,以炉缸安全为前提,以降低毛焦比为目标,最终实现毛焦比等指标的突破,取得了较好的效果。At the last stage of service life, the No. 10 blast furnace resumed operation after simple restoration of its burnt out hearth, which increased operation difficulty. Taking the safety of furnace hearth as the precondition and re- duction of raw coke ratio as the target, we integrated internal and external resources, refined management and opera- tion and finally realized breakthrough in performance indicators such as coke ratio, achieving good effects.
