摘 要:2013年黑龙江省夏季降水453.0mm,比常年偏多33%,为1961年以来历史第1位;分析了2013年黑龙江省"三江"大洪水与1998年"二江"大洪水在气象上的不同特点。气候背景分析表明,2012年黑龙江省已进入多水时期;2013年洪水发生前期秋、冬、春降水异常偏多江河水位高。7月环流形势上,亚洲中高纬地区盛行2脊1槽型,8月盛行宽槽型形势,季内于黑龙江西北部频发冷涡系统。7、8月有来自南海、孟加拉湾、西太平洋副高外围水汽,鄂霍茨克海水汽与极地南下冷空气在黑龙江交绥。另外7月在南海、沿渤海湾、黑龙江大兴安岭及以北有强水汽辐合,8月的水汽辐合区主要在华南、东海及黑龙江省。表明黑龙江省在冷涡控制下有水汽的辐合造成强降水。Summer rainfall of Heilongjiang province is 453.0 mm, totals of 33% more than normal since 1961 the first bit; Climate background analysis show that Heilongjiang province has been into a period of more than normal since 2012. Floods occur early precipitation anomalies more in autumn winter and spring, river water table level is high. on the circulation situation, high-latitude regions prevalent 2 ridge 1 slot type in asia in July. Prevailed wide trough type situation in August, frequent occured cold eddy systems in the northwest Heilongjiang in season. July and August are from the south China sea, bay of Bengal and the western Pacific subtropical high peripheral water vapor and the sea of okhotsk water and the polar cold air meet in the Heilongjiang region. In addition has a strong water vapor convergence of the sea of south China along the sea of Bohai bay and the north of Daxingan mountains in July, August's main water vapor convergence zone in south of China, sea of east China and Heilongjiang province. Show that Heilongiiang province under cold eddy control with water vapor convergence causing heavy rain.
