摘  要:为了开发适宜于老年人长期卧床时的腿部康复运动装置,进行了小型无活塞杆磁力油缸的开发研究和性能试验。应用Ansoft Maxwell有限元分析软件,详细分析了油缸体材料与结构形式对无活塞杆磁力油缸传力性能的影响和磁组极性方向的不同组合与磁组间距的不同排列对油缸磁耦合力性能的影响,并结合自行开发的无活塞杆磁力油缸实验装置进行了实验研究。有限元分析与实验结果表明,选择合适的缸体材料和壁厚、确定合理的磁极排列和磁组间距、设定匹配的磁环与磁活塞的尺寸,可以得到无活塞杆磁力油缸的最佳性能,并可实现油缸结构的小型化。To develop a device for the elderly on bed for long-term to do legs rehabilitation exermse, research on characteristics of a small-sized magnetic hydro-cylinder without piston rod is carried out. The effect of the cylinder body material and structure to the force transfer function, and one of the arrangement o{ magnet and the separation distance between magnets to the magnetic coupling force performance of the magnetic hydro-cylinder are analyzed in detail by using the finite element analysis software--Ansoft Maxwell. At the same time, the experimental research is also carried out with a sel^developed experimental device. Finite element analysis and experimental results show that the better performance of the magnetic hydro cylinder cau be obtained by choosing the appropriate cylinder body material and wall thickness, determining the reasonable arrangement of magnet and the separation distance between magnets, setting the matching size of magnetic ring and magnetic piston, and miniaturization of the cylinder structure can be realized.
