摘　　要：目的 探讨高分辨率CT(HRCT)对支气管扩张的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析了18例支气管扩张患者常规胸部CT和HRCT表现。结果 18例支气管扩张患者中有17例HRCT清晰显示了支气管扩张的部位、类型和范围,常规CT扫描显示11例支气管扩张;常规CT和HRCT对支气管扩张的检出的敏感性分别为61.1％和94.4％。结论 HRCT对支气管扩张患者尤其无明显症状者的诊断具有重要的价值。Purpose To determine the value of HRCT in diagnosis of bronchiectasis. Methods All 18 patients had findings of bronchiectasis on conventional CT and HRCT which were reviewed retrospectively. Results The anatomic distribution,type,and extent of bronchiectasis on HRCT in 17 cases were shown clearly, while only in 11 cases on conventional CT.The sensitivitg of the detection of the bronchiectasis by chest conventional CT and HRCT was 61.1% and 94.4% respectively. Conclusion HRCT is helpful in the assessment of the atypical bronchiectasis.
