孕期管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析孕期管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院2011年3月～2013年3月收治的96例妊娠期糖尿病患者，将其按照随机分配的方法分为研究组和对照组各48例，研究组患者实施孕期管理，对照组患者不实施孕期管理，分析对比两组患者的妊娠结局及各项指标情况。结果研究组产妇羊水过多、妊娠高血压综合征、产后出血以及生殖道感染发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组新生儿各种并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者采取健康的孕期管理，可以使患者的血糖值以及血脂值下降，改变妊娠期糖尿病患者的妊娠结局，降低新生儿并发症发生率．对产妇以及新生儿具有积极意义，值得临床广泛推广。Objective To study and analyze the impact of gestation management on the pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Metbods 96 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hos- pital from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected and randomly assigned to the study group and the control group, with 48 patients in each group.The study group was given gestation management and the control group was not.Their pregnancy outcomes and other indicators were analyzed and compared.Results The incidence of polyhydromnios,preg- nancy-induced hypertension,postpartum hemorrhage and reproductive tract infection in study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of various neonatal complications in study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Condusion Application of gestation management in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is inductive to reducing their blood glucose level and blood lipid level,changing their pregnancy outcomes and decreasing the incidence of neonatal complications,which is of positive value for both puerperae and newborns,thus it is worthy of wide clinical promotion.
