鼻炎清口服液治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价鼻炎清口服液治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法将60例急性鼻窦炎患儿随机按数字表法分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予抗生素及丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂，并配合理疗等对症治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上给予鼻炎清口服液口服，疗程10—14d，治疗后评价两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后14d，治疗组鼻塞、流脓涕单项症状有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率为73.3％，对照组的63.3％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后14d单项积分及总积分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05），且治疗组较对照组改善更明显（P〈0．05）。治疗期间两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论在常规治疗基础上合用鼻炎清口服液治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎效果好，尤其对于鼻塞、流脓涕症状的改善疗效显著，用药安全，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the treatment effect of Biyan Qing oral liquid on children with acute nasosinusitis. Methods Sixty cases of children with acute nasosinusitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （30 cases in each group）.Children in both groups were treated with antibiotics and flutieasone propionate nasal spray.Additionally,children in the treatment group was given Biyan Qing oral liquid therapy.Then,the treatment efficacy was evaluated.Results After 14 days treatment,the efficiency of nasal congestion,purulent nasal discharge flow of indi- vidual symptom in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;The total effec- tive rate was 73.3% in treatment group,which was higher than 63.3% of the control group,but the difference was not significant （P〉O.O5）.After 14 days treatment,the individual point and total score was significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈O.O5）,and the treatment group improved more significantly compared with that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no adverse reactions found in the two groups.Conehttion Biyan Qing oral liquid combined with eonvention- al therapy for nasosinusitis in children is effective and safety,especially to children with symptoms of rhinobyon and pus nasal discharge.This therapy might be worth to widely applied in clinic.
