基于成人斯蒂尔病性别分析的80例成人斯蒂尔病患者的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同性别成人斯蒂尔病患者的差异性。方法选取本院2009年1月～2012年12月80例成人斯蒂尔病患者。分析其临床资料，对比男女患者的临床症状和实验指标所存在的差异性。结果成人斯蒂尔病患者男女比例为1：3-21。男性组夏季住院比例比女性组患者要高，冬季则减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。女性组临床中首发症状为皮疹，男性组的首发症状多为发热，且咽痛、肌痛、肝大等症状的发生率明显高于女性组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。女性组红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）上升程度高于男性组（P〈0．05）。所有患者均应用非甾体抗炎药、激素等药物进行治疗，治疗后各项临床症状患者分布数量较治疗前明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论成人斯蒂尔病患者由于性别不同导致发病季节、临床表现、检测指标均存在一定统计学差异。Objective To investigate the difference between male and female patients with aduh onset Still disease. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with adult onset Still disease were selected from January 2009 to December 2012 in our hospital,the difference in clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators between male and female patients was analyzed and compared.Results The male to female patients ratio of adult onset Still disease was 1：3.21. The proportion of hospitalized patients in male group was higher than that in female group in summer and reduced in winter, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The first clinical symptom was rash in female group,however, which was mainly fever in male group.The incidence of angina,myalgia,tumescence of liver in male group was more than that in female group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.ESR and CRP was higher in female group compared with that in male group （P〈0.05）.All patients were treated with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs （NSAIDs）,hormones and other drugs for treatment,the distribution of number of the patients with clinical symptoms reduced significantly compared with before treatment,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are significant differences in onset sea- son,clinical manifestations and detection indexes due to different gender of patients with adult onset Still disease.
