清热散瘟口服液治疗上呼吸道感染75例效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察清热散瘟口服液治疗上呼吸道感染的效果。方法将75例临床诊断为上呼吸道感染的患儿随机分为两组,治疗组(37例)给予清热散瘟口服液治疗,对照组(38例)给予利巴韦林颗粒口服,从确诊当天开始服药,72 h后复诊,根据治疗后患儿在体温、流涕、咳嗽、精神、食欲、大小便方面的变化判断两组治疗效果。结果治疗组显效18例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率为81.08%;对照组显效11例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率为81.58%,两组间总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的平均退热时间[(28.40±2.08)h]明显短于对照组[(42.81±0.20)h](P<0.05)。结论清热散瘟口服液治疗早期上呼吸道感染效果明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of qingresanwen oral liquid in treatment of upper respiratory in- fection. Methods 75 cases of patients diagnosed clinically as upper respiratory infection were randomly divided into 2 groups.37 cases in the treatment group were given with qingresanwen oral liquid,38 cases in the control group were given with ribavirin granules.All the patients took the medicine started from the day confirmed,and return visit was took after 72 hours,the treatment effect of the two groups were observed according to the body temperature,runny nose, cough,spirit,appetite,defecation. Results In treatment group,18 cases were excellent,12 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 81.08%.While in the control group,11 cases were excellent,20 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 81.58%,compared between the two groups,the differ- ences of the total effective rate was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The average defervescence time of the treatment group was （28.40±2.08）hours,which was obvious shorted than that of control group [（42.81±0.20）hours]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of qingresanwen oral liquid has in treatment of upper respiratory infection is good,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
