倒置大隐静脉旁路术治疗股-月国动脉硬化闭塞症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价倒置大隐静脉旁路术治疗股-胭动脉硬化闭塞症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析采用自体倒置大隐静脉旁路术治疗股-胭动脉硬化闭塞症47例的手术效果及通畅率。结果自体移植静脉血管术后总有效率为95．7％，术后平均随访3年（2个月～8年），通畅率为75．6％。结论该手术取材简便、操作简单、组织相容性好、疗效满意，是外科治疗股-胭动脉硬化闭塞症的理想术式。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of reversed saphenous vein bypass in treatment of femoral- popliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods Operation effect and patency rate of 47 patients with femoral-popliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans treated by autologous reversed saphenous vein bypass was retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 95.7% after autogenous vein grafting,patients were followed-up for an average of 3 years （2 months-8 years） and the pateney rate was 75.6%. Conclusion The operation is the ideal surgical treatment for femoral- popliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans with simple drawing,simple operation,good tissue compatibility and satisfactory cu- rative effect.
