摘  要:采用元素分析仪、水分测定仪、粘度计、GC-MS等分析了土霉素菌渣热解液理化特性和成分。热解液油相C元素含量比较高,达到了50%(质量分数)以上,热解液油相和水相中N元素分别占6.48%(质量分数)和7.89%(质量分数),O元素分别占27.89%(质量分数)和13.54%(质量分数)。温度为300~600℃热解液的油相粘度为6 980~8 913mPa·s,水相粘度为324~372mPa·s;热解液的油相密度为1.089 8~1.127 9g/cm3,水相密度为1.041 9~1.075 6g/cm3。热解液腈类物质较多,油相和水相分别占了23.69%(体积分数)和9.32%(体积分数);热解液油相与水相中碱性氮化物体积分别占0.83%和1.46%;热解液油相与水相中非碱性氮化物体积分别占1.56%和0.35%;其余的有机物体积在油相与水相分别占3.30%和4.11%。分析结果为进一步资源化利用提供了技术指导。Physicochemical properties and composition of pyrolysis liquid for oxytetracycline mycelium are analyzed by using elemental analyzer,moisture tester,viscometer and GC-MS etc..The C content of pyrolysis oil phase is up to more than 50%, the N and O content are 6.48%and 27.89%of the pyrolysis oil phase;the N and O content are 7.89%and 13.54%of the pyrolysis aqueous phase,respectively.The viscosity of oil phase of pyrolysis liquid which temperature arrange from 300to 600℃ is between 6 980mPa·s and 8 913mPa·s,and the viscosity of aqueous phase is between 324mPa·s and 372mPa·s.The density of oil phase in pyrolysis liquid is between 1.089 8g/cm3 and 1.127 9g/cm3,and the density of aqueous phase is from 1.041 9g/cm3 to 1.075 6g/cm3.The nitrile material in pyrolysis liquid are relative higher,accounted for 23.69%and 9.32% in oil phase and aqueous phase,respectively;the alkaline nitride in pyrolysis oil phase and aqueous accounted for 0.83% and 1.46%;The non-basic nitrides in oil phase and aqueous phase pyrolysis accounted for 1.56%and 0.35%;the rest of the organic matter in oil phase and aqueous phase accounted for 3.30%and 4.11%.Above results may provid technical guidance for further resource utilization.
