摘  要:在阴离子水性聚氨酯分散体(WPU)存在下,采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过前驱体正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的水解、缩合反应,制备出不同SiO2含量的WPU/SiO2(WPUS)杂化材料。通过透射电镜、扫描探针显微镜、动态热机械分析仪、紫外-可见光分光光度计分别研究了不同m(TEOS)/m(WPU)对WPUS杂化乳液粒子形貌和杂化膜表面形貌、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及透明度的影响。结果表明,当m(TEOS)/m(WPU)不超过0.50时,杂化乳液中SiO2粒子以纳米尺寸均匀分散,WPU软段Tg向高温区移动,随着其增大到2.00,SiO2粒子逐渐增大到200nm以上,并有形成无机连续相的趋势,且WPU软段Tg又向低温区移动;当m(TEOS)/m(WPU)不超过1.00时,杂化膜表面粗糙度逐渐增大,可见光透光率逐渐减小,而随着其增大到2.00,WPUS杂化膜表面粗糙度减小,可见光透光率增大,即杂化膜透明度提高。WPU/silica hybrid materials with different content of silica were synthesized by the hydrolysis and condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in the presence of anionic WPU dispersion. Influence of m (TEOS)/ m(WPU) on the morphology of WPU/silica (WPUS) hybrid emulsion particles, surface morphology, glass transition temperature (Tg) and transmittance of hybrid films were investigated by transmission electron mi croscopy, scanning probe micrscopy, dynamic mechanical analyzer and UV-visible spectrophotometer, respec tively. When rn (TEOS)/m (WPU) was less than 0.50, the silica particle of the hybrid emulsion was distributed uniformly in nanoscale level, and the Tg of soft segment of WPU increases. Whereas the Tg of soft segment of WPU decreases, the particle size of silica increases gradually to more than 200 nm, and the silica particles tend to form a continuous phase when m(TEOS)/m(WPU) increases from 1.00 to 2.00. The surface roughness in creases and transmittance in the visible zone decreases when m (TEOS)/m (WPU) was not higher than 1.00, the converse was true when that was above 1.00.
