摘 要:针对装备铝合金在残余拉应力的作用下易发生断裂、服役过程中存在重大安全隐患问题,测试分析研究了喷丸强化处理工艺对铝合金强化层组织结构、粗糙度的影响,并对7A52铝合金喷丸处理前后的样品进行了定性分析与定量分析,研究了丸粒尺寸对晶粒细化及粗糙度的影响。结果表明,通过喷丸强化处理,7A52铝合金表层晶粒明显细化。在表面形成致密的强化层,约为300μm;强化层未出现明显裂纹,强化效果较好;丸粒尺寸对表面晶粒细化影响不大,对材料的表面有重要影响,随着丸粒尺寸的增加,材料表面的粗糙度也增大。Aluminum alloy is tend to occur hydrogen-induced brittle fracture and has significant security risks in the service process when it under residual tensile stress. The effects of different shot peening processes on the organizational structure and roughness of the aluminum alloy are analyzed. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of aluminum alloy under different shot peening processes are made and the effect of pelleting size on grain re finement and roughness are researched. The results show that the surface grains of 7A52 aluminum alloy are obviously refined. The more dense strengthening layer can be formed on the aluminum alloy surface, approxi mately 300μm. The strengthening layer doesn't have obvious cracks, the effect of shot peening is better. The effect of pills grain size on the surface of grain is little, the effect on the material surface is significant. With the pills grain size increase, the roughness of surface also increases.
