摘　　要：目的:建立应用差示分光光度法测定盐酸异丙嗪糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪的含量。方法:采用差示分光光度法进行测定,测定波长337nm。结果:盐酸异丙嗪在20～60mg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,其平均回收率为99.5％,RSD为0.4％(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便,快速,结果准确。Objective: A quantitative method was established for the content determination of promethazine hydrochloride syrup by differential spectrophotometry. Method: Differential spectrophotometry was employed for content determination of promethazine hydrochloride with detecting wavelength of 337 nm. Results; The standard curve presented linear in the concentration range form 20 to 60 mg·2ml-1. The average recovery was 99. 5 % (RSD = 0.36%). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
