摘　　要：内部质量监控是检测实验室保证检测结果公正、准确、可靠的一种有效方法,文章结合《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》的要求,以一次设备比对为例介绍了内部质量监控的组织与实施,其结果能够确保检测的数据可靠准确,以达到通过实施实验室内部质量有效的控制,使实验室检测质量持续改进的目的。Internal quality control is an effective method to ensure the test results are fair, accurate and reliable, according to General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. This article gives an example of equipment comparison to show how to organize and implement the internal quality control, in order to make calibration data reliable and accurate. As a result, through the implementation of effective internal quality control, the laboratory quality can achieve continuous improvement.
