温州市公共体育资源配置及优化策略

摘　　要：公共体育资源配置优化是改善民生的现实选择。温州市公共体育资源配置存在人均公共体育用地面积小、分布不均衡、配置体系不完善、用地和配套政策缺乏等问题。为优化温州市公共体育资源配置,应确立和遵循公共体育资源配置目标及原则,优化公共体育服务设施配置,营造体育生活圈,创立全民健身组织网络,推进学校、机关、企事业单位体育设施向社会开放。The allocation and improvement of Wenzhou public sports resources are practical to improve people＇s livelihood, while its allocation has the following problems： the small sport area for per capita, the uneven distribution, the unperfect allocation system and the lack of land and supporting policy. To improve the present situation, actions should be taken to set the goal and the principle of allocation of public sports resources and conform to it, improve the service of public sports facilities, create the atmosphere of doing sports, set up the network of national health, and open sports facilities of school, institutions and enterprises to the society.
